I am extremely fussy about dentists and have had a fear since a young age. I have explained that to any dentist I have attended and also been upfront that if I wasn't happy I wouldn't be back. No need to worry here Mark Fortune is no less than brilliant and I have complete faith and comfort attending. Thank you Mark and the rest of the staff who are always very friendly and welcoming. Completely at ease.

Great dental practice! Catherine and Courtney are so helpful as the practice receptionists. First class with mum and so kind. Rebecca is very careful and a good dentist though needs to be careful in putting the couch back without warning.

I cannot fault this practice. Everytime I attend, I am greeted with a lovely warm welcome from the reception team. I have had treatments from most if not all the clinical staff over the years and I have been very pleased with my treatments each and every time. 5 star service and care always given. I would never go anywhere else for my dental care

Reception where there’s a warm welcome, which includes complementary drinks. Then Sarah appears to discuss your needs and the potential solutions. Making sure your dentist visit is as good as can be is the aim of everybody here. As soon as you walk in the door you are made welcome. During a long appointment I was offered a choice of ‘comforts’ to make the experience more relaxing in fact I think I did doze at one point, how often can you say that about a dentist appointment.Lovely place, Rebecca is a very very good dentist. Very happy to recommend.

Had an 'emergency' appointment with Lismore House Dental Practice for a broken tooth. As always Mark and staff were completely efficient and caring I had my tooth repaired painlessly and was given consideration all the time. I have been with the Practice many many years and although there are new dentists and new staff I really don't see how anyone could have any better care.

I saw Matt as an emergency appointment a couple of months back after I’d been seen elsewhere and things hadn’t got better. Everything was well explained snd treatment was pain free. I’ve since registered with Lismore House and Matt as a permanent patient and in the process of some on-going treatment, all of which has been delivered with kindness, attention to detail and regular feedback. The team across the practice have been accommodating, kind and compassionate.

I went for an emergency dentist appointment up at the hospital, ended up coming away, after treatment with worse pain than I had when I originally went in. It truly was horrific and I couldn't get rid of it. The worst toothache and nerve pain I have ever experienced. After calling back and nobody being able to see me and being referred to hospital for pain management I had been told about Lismore Dental and how good they are so thought I would give them a ring.Catherine on reception could not have been any more helpful, she really went above and beyond to help me before i even made any appointment. I got booked in with Mark, he was so kind and reasurring. Talked me through all my options and fixed the pain. I will be joining up, with the children also as the service is amazing. Thank you 🙂

Seeing Jayne for a hygiene appointment was a really pleasant experience. Jayne was working with dental nurse Claire and both were very welcoming, putting me at ease straight away. It had been a long time since I had my teeth cleaned by a hygienist and I was a bit apprehensive having experienced discomfort in the past. Jayne and Claire were so lovely and the whole experience was very gentle, I will have no apprehension about visiting for hygiene appointments in the future. Thank you both!

My family and I have been with Lismore Dental for a few years and I have been amazed with the wonderful team, who are always super friendly and caring.I used to dislike the appearance of my teeth, but ever since opting for four crowns for cosmetic reasons, I regularly receive compliments for my nice teeth now! Mark made them look much better than I had ever expected.Also, my two daughters love going to the dentist. They especially appreciate the kids‘ corner in the waiting room.I can highly recommend Lismore Dental!
