I only ever write reviews when I have been truly impressed. Today I was. I needed an urgent extraction and got a quick booking with Matt Gribbon. He was extremely patient with an old guy with mobility issues. He was detailed in describing the procedure and the possible alternatives if the tooth proved difficult to extract. Fortunately the extraction went well and the tooth was successfully removed from my lower right gum. The performance of Matt and his nurse assistant - Julie I think - was without a doubt 5-star. I can recommend Lismore House DP without reservation

Making sure your dentist visit is as good as can be is the aim of everybody here. As soon as you walk in the door you are made welcome. During a long appointment I was offered a choice of ‘comforts’ to make the experience more relaxing in fact I think I did doze at one point, how often can you say that about a dentist appointment.Lovely place, Rebecca is a very very good dentist. Very happy to recommend.

I needed quite a lot of work done and when I say I’m extremely nervous of the dentist, it’s an understatement. I was petrified!!!But seriously not anymore…When Lismore House guarantees zero pain, they’re 100% spot on.Mark put me straight at ease and talked me through everything.I wouldn’t say I particularly enjoy having fillings done, but the fear and dread has gone.Reception staff are lovely, everyone very kind.

I had my first appointment with the hygienist yesterday and honestly that appointment was the best experience I have had at a dentist so far. He was friendly and patient and knowledgeable. I had severe toothache on Friday afternoon. I phoned Lismore and got an appointment for the following Tuesday. My (nearly ex) dentist was shut until Wednesday. Long story short, went for my appointment with Matt, tooth extracted in no time. Absolutely phenomenal service from start to finish. Girls on reception are lovely, friendly and very helpful. We will be signing on with Lismore on 6th November. Highly recommended!

I sheared a tooth in the front of my mouth in half eating nuts. So phoned Lusmore for an emergency appointment.They fitted me in lunchtime with Matt. I thought that I was going to lose the tooth, but he repaired it so that it looks better than the original. I told him it was a masterpiece, and I truly think it is! Thankyou again!John

As soon as you enter the practice you are given a warm and friendly welcome by the receptionists. My consultation with Sarah was very relaxed. She took the time to understand my needs and explained treatment options that will be suitable for me. Sarah was so empathetic, kind and caring and I am looking forward to starting my treatment.

From the moment that I walked into Lismore House I felt comfortable with the surroundings, the women on the reception made me feel so relaxed, they are exceptional. My treatment was expertly performed by Jackie who made me feel comfortable and relaxed throughout, she is phenomenal. Everything was fully explained in great detail and was easy to understand. No pain dental treatment. I had deep pocket gum cleaning yesterday on the right hand side of my mouth. The appointment was on time, staff were all kind and friendly. I'd never had any dental work before with numbing injections and I didn't know what to expect but it was fine. I'd been shown how to clean my gums by Jackie a month earlier and have put in the effort. Today my mouth feels great. I'm washing my mouth with salt water and keeping my gums clean. Wish I'd had this quality of service when I was a child .I didn't know how to clean in between my teeth with tepe brushes until I joined Lismore .

Can't recommend Matt and all the staff highly enough, I unfortunately needed 4 extractions and it was as pain-free as possible, despite my teeth being difficult with twisted roots. Matt explained everything at each stage and I was kept pain-free and as relaxed as possible. The reception staff were lovely, I'm a wheelchair user and they ensured I had a ground floor room and will put out a ramp for my next visit. I'm going back in a couple of weeks to discuss future options and I have no worries at all. Thanks all for an excellent service.

A lovely dental practice at every stage- reminders, notifications are helpful, receptionists are welcoming, the atmosphere is serene, the treatment, if required, is undertaken skilfully and painlessly- and if it ain’t broke they intervene to a minimum. For the first time in my life I actually feel like I’m actually being helped to make my mouth healthier rather than just getting it fixed when it falls apart!

As always Mark and staff were completely efficient and caring I had my tooth repaired painlessly and was given consideration all the time. I couldn't find a dentist repair my broken denture , rang was seen straight away , 3 month plan to remove some damaged teeth and replace with new denture , I'm 3/4 of the way through and couldn't recommend these guys enough , Matt has looked after me all the way very friendly and knowledgeable
