Simply outstanding Sarah and the team. From the first step through the door you’ll experience something special and I was amazed. Reception where there’s a warm welcome, which includes complementary drinks. Then Sarah appears to discuss your needs and the potential solutions. Thoroughly wonderful time and I now, for the first time ever in 62 years, looking forward to a dental visit. Thanks again.

I have been a patient at Lismore House for over 20 years. I have always found the staff to be very helpful and they always put you at ease.The service from Mark the Dentist and Jackie the hygienist has been excellent and I would certainly recommend them . The reception staff always make you feel welcome and assist with appointments .All round a very good service.

Making sure your dentist visit is as good as can be is the aim of everybody here. As soon as you walk in the door you are made welcome. During a long appointment I was offered a choice of ‘comforts’ to make the experience more relaxing in fact I think I did doze at one point, how often can you say that about a dentist appointment.Lovely place, Rebecca is a very very good dentist. Very happy to recommend.

Had an 'emergency' appointment with Lismore House Dental Practice for a broken tooth. As always Mark and staff were completely efficient and caring I had my tooth repaired painlessly and was given consideration all the time. I have been with the Practice many many years and although there are new dentists and new staff I really don't see how anyone could have any better care.

I saw Matt as an emergency appointment a couple of months back after I’d been seen elsewhere and things hadn’t got better. Everything was well explained snd treatment was pain free. I’ve since registered with Lismore House and Matt as a permanent patient and in the process of some on-going treatment, all of which has been delivered with kindness, attention to detail and regular feedback. The team across the practice have been accommodating, kind and compassionate.

Was seen by Matt and his nurse Chelsea for a filling. They were both very friendly and kept me informed throughout. I felt very relaxed and the treatment was completely pain free. I am very happy with the results. Excellent care and treatment .

I went for an emergency dentist appointment up at the hospital, ended up coming away, after treatment with worse pain than I had when I originally went in. It truly was horrific and I couldn't get rid of it. The worst toothache and nerve pain I have ever experienced. After calling back and nobody being able to see me and being referred to hospital for pain management I had been told about Lismore Dental and how good they are so thought I would give them a ring.Catherine on reception could not have been any more helpful, she really went above and beyond to help me before i even made any appointment. I got booked in with Mark, he was so kind and reasurring. Talked me through all my options and fixed the pain. I will be joining up, with the children also as the service is amazing. Thank you 🙂

I am quite nervous about having dental work done but each time I visit, Mark is very reassuring and my treatment is always pain free. Mark gives good advice and explains everything carefully. The reception team and dental nurses are amazing and I couldn't wish to be in a better practice.

Seeing Jayne for a hygiene appointment was a really pleasant experience. Jayne was working with dental nurse Claire and both were very welcoming, putting me at ease straight away. It had been a long time since I had my teeth cleaned by a hygienist and I was a bit apprehensive having experienced discomfort in the past. Jayne and Claire were so lovely and the whole experience was very gentle, I will have no apprehension about visiting for hygiene appointments in the future. Thank you both!

After a traumatic experience with my old dentist, my online research took my Lismore house, and the promise of pain-free dental work sounded too good to be true.A pleasant assessment followed by a detailed and well explained plan moving forward.A few months later , with work well underway I am thrilled with the service at Lismore House and my dental anxiety and fear has well and truly gone.Climbing into the chair, having conversations with what feels like a friend of many years in reality I'm a customer of mear weeks for Mark Fortune!It all adds to the friendly and comfortable experience overall.5 stars dosnt seem like enough praise for the entire team.I highly recommend Lismore House to anyone with dental anxiety or fears.The team at Lismore House proves there are good and bad people in dentistry, and I'm happy to say I found the good ones !It's why I'm happy to drive an hour each way to visit my dentist.

My family and I have been with Lismore Dental for a few years and I have been amazed with the wonderful team, who are always super friendly and caring.I used to dislike the appearance of my teeth, but ever since opting for four crowns for cosmetic reasons, I regularly receive compliments for my nice teeth now! Mark made them look much better than I had ever expected.Also, my two daughters love going to the dentist. They especially appreciate the kids‘ corner in the waiting room.I can highly recommend Lismore Dental!

I've been going to this practice for more years than I would like to remember.I live on Co Durham, but stayed with this practice when I moved here, 22 years ago; as I was not happy with the service offered in my local area. Friendly staff, calm atmosphere, very modern up-to-date practise. Gel on the gum first, absolutely did not feel any pain. I was very nervous but Matt was very patient. Overall a great experience.
